Groove Is In The Heart ponosno predstavlja Stereo MC`s (Rob Birch) koji će izvesti svoj dj nastup te će dalmatinskoj publici u primoštenskoj Aurori prezentirati svoj eklektični klupski set. A da to nije sve pobrinut će se Silicone Soul - proslavljeni škotski house dvojac koji upravo objavljuje 4. album i koji će nastupiti na drugom, house flooru.

Uz njih će nastupiti i domaći Dj Mladen, Stipe, te glava Groove Is In The Heart projekta – Pero FullHouse.

“DJing is like a nod to our roots,” explains Rob, “while keeping it relevant and new. It’s about identifying with music now and then injecting that into our own music. It’s not about us making dubstep, but extracting the frequency that we recognise in that music and adding it to our melting pot.”
“It’s something we’ve always done,” says Nick. “We started making music using turntables. That was the instrument. Making beats and listening to music for inspiration.” They point to memorable nights at their own Gee Street Records night, W11 Express, over in Notting Hill, to show how what they were listening to and playing out fed into the Stereo MC`s sound. Back then, early house would find itself up against the more obvious hip hop, soul and reggae. These days, MIA, Diplo or Justice rubs shoulders with the likes of EPMD and Public Enemy.

Soma are proud to announce that Silicone Soul have just completed their 4th album, in the 10th year on the label. As well as their highly tuned DJ style and their ability to kick off a party, Silicone Soul are masters in the studio, with their own unique House sound and these new productions are their best yet, with some dance-floor bombs and a real, deep underground flavour.
